Mid-Level QA Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer with great attention to detail plus great communication skills. You will have an important role of working with both developers and product owners to validate and deliver new features to existing applications. You will participate in agile related meetings to communicate progress and work with the QA Team to ensure proper testing of new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manual testing of new functionality
• Attend daily meetings to communicate progress of feature testing
• Creating test plans to coordinate testing activities prior to delivery of software to production
• Working with QA analysts and software developers to reproduce issues
• Documentation of identified issues in test management systems

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a QA Tester 2+ years
• Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Teamwork skills; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends
• BSc in IT Systems, Computer Science or relevant field
• Knowledge in Javascript is a plus
• Knowledge in Automation is a plus
