Co-founder and CEO
Rod is a serial entrepreneur and software leader with 33 years of software development experience. He has worked in defense industry IT, helping raise $2.5M for a standards information startup later sold to IBM. He worked at US West Denver as a software engineer in the late '90s. During the dot-com boom, his eCommerce consulting operation was acquired by an Indian software service company, which he lead as US President for two years. He founded a fundraising software company in 2003, which has grown to process over one million dollars in monthly online transactions. He is an expert in online payment processing, data security, and cloud network architecture.

Co-founder and Vice President of Sales
Charles Conaly Reed (Charlie) is a Co-founder of Green Marimba. He received his degree in Petroleum Technology from Eastern New Mexico University in 1984. He started a commercial insurance agency and sold to the Petroleum industry for over 20 years. After retiring from the Insurance industry, he built and managed an outside sales force for a national ISP in Boulder for 6 years. Over the past 4 years, he worked with PAX Labs, Inc. as the national rep. He has been selling cannabis products and services under Tumbleweed, LTD, a sales, marketing and distribution company within Colorado for the past 3 years.
Matt joins Green Marimba with a broad and diverse background in software design and development. He received a MS degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Washington in 2000, where he studied with the Human Interface Technology Lab. In addition to several other projects, Matt built a new user interface for the MINDscape medical record system in use at the time at the UW Medical Center and conducted the first pilot study of the use of wireless devices to display medical records during patient visits at UWMC. Prior to that, Matt was the lab manager of the Interactive Cognition Lab in the Cognitive Science Department at UCSD, a lab that conducted experiments on cognitive load and how humans use visual workspaces in problem-solving tasks. After leaving UW, Matt worked as a software engineer and user interface designer with several different high tech startups and small to mid-size software companies, including Cantametrix (music downloading), Insightful (statistical software), Infact/Evri (search engine), and Deplabs (SEO for retailers). Matt recently moved back from Mexico, where he started a company (Sanica) offering web design and development and SEO services to hotels on the southern coast.
General Counsel and Vice President of Compliance Services
Robert has more than seventeen years of experience in transnational matters, including entity formation, business financing, corporate governance, compliance, and general corporate counseling of startup and emerging companies, both in private practice and as general counsel.
He works strategically with businesses, as they form, operate, and develop their business plans. Robert strives to provide more than legal advice. His goal is to address the key needs of the business and establish a long-term relationship to help the business succeed. Robert works closely with founders and the management team and his practice recognizes that businesses succeed when every minute and every dime is spent intelligently. To accomplish this, Robert focuses on providing value through tailored hourly and flat-rate services that are clear and without surprises. His objective and guiding principle is to structure the best solution for the client by merging exceptional legal advice and value.
Milan Dragas is a Senior Full-stack developer with more than 10 years of experience, including creating custom CMS templates and plug-ins for Wordpress and Joomla, extensive use of frameworks such as jQuery and Twitter Bootstrap, programming frameworks like CFWheels, Smarty Templates and CodeIgniter, and software packages such as Axure, Balsamiq, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Milan has worked as manager/lead designer on projects for clients like Opel, Ooredoo (Qatari Telecommunications company), Telekom Srbija (Serbian telecommunications company), and DoJiggy (a leading provider of software solutions for nonprofits, schools, churches & community organizations in the US), in addition to dozens of contract projects involving news portals, custom Content Management Systems (CMS), online shops, mobile projects, and more.
